Eat banana early in the morning
When you wake up in the morning, it is a good idea to eat a piece of banana. It would
help in giving you the necessary energy to start your day. As long as you don’t combine
it with anything, banana would not cause any kind of hyper acidic reaction in your
tummy. Thus, do it around 15 to 30 minutes before you eat breakfast. Many people do
this just before they go out to do their morning walk.
